These are the commercial terms a new project starts from — the same numbers we publish across this site.
- Minimum order: 300 pcs per model. When only the dial logo changes on one of our existing references, MOQ starts at 200 pcs. Mixed-colour orders are counted per colour.
- Samples: 15–20 days for a customized sample built on our existing references, 25–30 days when new tooling is required. The sample fee is deducted from your bulk-order invoice.
- Production: 30–45 days after you approve the sample, depending on quantity and finishing.
- Payment: 40% deposit, 60% before shipment. T/T, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
- Incoterms: FOB Guangzhou or EXW Guangzhou as standard; other terms on request.
- Warranty: 12 months on the movement and 24 months on manufacturing defects, counted from the shipment date.
- Tooling: quoted per project — send the drawing and we tell you what it takes.
- Packaging: presentation box, warranty card, hang tag, user manual and barcode label; marketplace-ready packing on request.
