How quickly will I get a reply?

Within 24 hours on working days (GMT+8). If your enquiry is urgent, message us on WhatsApp and we pick it up during working hours.

Can I send drawings or a physical sample?

Yes — drawings, 3D files, photos and brand artwork all help. Attach them to the form, or send a physical sample and we confirm the shipping details by email.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the reference and on how much is custom, so it is set per project. Tell us the model and the volume you have in mind and the quote states the exact MOQ.

Do you work with new brands?

Yes. Start with a sample of one reference, check the quality and the finish, then plan the collection — the first order does not have to be the full range.

See the line before you commit

Visits are arranged in advance so the right people are free when you arrive. Tell us your dates and what you would like to look at, and we build the visit around that.

Arranging a visit Send your dates and we confirm the visit plan — the earlier you write, the more time we have to prepare samples for you.
What to bring Drawings, samples or the references you want to discuss; it is easier to talk around the actual watches than around photos.
If you cannot travel We can run the same meeting as a video call and show you the references and samples on camera.
