Questions & answers

Everything buyers ask before placing a first order

MOQ, samples, lead times, payment, packaging, certificates — the questions most buyers ask, answered the way we would answer them in an email. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Ordering & minimums 5 questions

What is your minimum order quantity?
300 pcs per model for full customization. When only the dial logo changes on one of our existing references, MOQ starts at 100 pcs. Mixed-colour orders are counted per colour.
Can I order several models in one order?
Yes. MOQ applies per model, not per order — pick the references you want, and we quote and produce them in one run so they arrive together.
How do we start?
Send a drawing, a 3D file, a reference photo or one physical sample, with the quantity you have in mind. We reply within 24 hours on working days, and come back with pricing, MOQ and lead time — usually within 2 working days.
We are a new brand — do you take first orders from new companies?
Yes. Most of our buyers started with one sample before planning a collection. Start with a sample of a single reference, check the finish and the packaging, then scale up.
Can we split one model into several colours?
Yes, and it is common. Each colour is counted separately for MOQ, so agree the colour split with us before the deposit and we schedule them in one production run.

Samples & development 5 questions

How long does a sample take, and is the fee refundable?
15–20 days for a customized sample built on our existing references. The sample fee is deducted from your bulk-order invoice, so the sample effectively costs you nothing once you order.
Can you make a watch from my drawing or from a sample I already have?
Yes — that is our core business. Send a technical drawing, a 3D file, photos or one physical watch. We reverse-engineer the case and dial, issue a drawing for your approval, then tool and produce it.
What information do you need to quote?
Four things get you the most accurate quote: the quantity per model, a reference or drawing, your target price and market, and your timeline and branding. Anything else you can share (photos, competitor links, packaging ideas) helps too.
What case sizes can you make?
20 mm to 60 mm, or built to your exact size. We make our own cases, so a size that is not in our catalogue is not a problem.
Do you charge for a drawing or a technical review?
No. Send your material and we review it, tell you what is producible as drawn and what we would change, before any sample fee is discussed.

Production & lead time 3 questions

How long is production after I approve the sample?
30–45 days, depending on the quantity and the finishing. We confirm the date for your actual order rather than quoting a general average.
How much can you produce?
50,000 pcs per month across six assembly lines and 110 staff, in a 2,000 m² workshop in Guangzhou. If your project is large, tell us early and we reserve capacity for it.
Which parts do you make in-house, and which do you buy in?
The case is ours: our own tooling, so any style, any material (stainless steel, alloy, titanium) and any size from 20–60 mm is possible. Movements and straps are bought in — we select them to match the model, your target price and your market, then test and re-regulate the movement in our workshop.

Customization & branding 5 questions

What can I customize?
Dial, case, case back, strap and packaging. In practice: logo printing and applied indices on the dial, case finish (polished, brushed, two-tone), engraving or laser marking on the case back, the strap material and clasp, and the full presentation box.
Where can my logo go?
Dial, case back, clasp, crown, presentation box, warranty card and hang tag. Send your artwork as AI, EPS, PDF or a high-resolution PNG and we confirm the placement on the sample drawing.
Which movements can you fit?
Japanese (Miyota / Seiko), Swiss or Chinese movements, depending on your target price and market. Every movement is tested and re-regulated in our workshop before assembly.
What straps and bracelets are available?
Steel bracelet, leather, silicone or mesh, with a folding clasp or a pin buckle. We source the strap to suit the case you choose — if you have a specific strap in mind, send a photo.
Can you make the packaging too?
Yes — presentation box, warranty card, hang tag, user manual and barcode label. If you sell on marketplaces we can prepare the labelling to your platform's requirements.

Quality, certificates & visits 4 questions

How do you control quality?
Checks run along the line while the watches are assembled, every unit goes through a water-resistance test before packing, and each unit gets a final look, timing, strap and packaging check before it leaves the workshop.
Do you have certificates?
We hold ISO 9001, and our references carry CE / RoHS compliance and nickel-free testing; BSCI audit reports are available to buyers. We do not claim certificates we do not hold.
Can you get the certificates our market requires?
Yes. Tell us which certificates your market or your customer asks for and we arrange testing and certification with the relevant labs and agencies.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Visits and buyer audits are welcome — tell us your dates and what you want to check, and we arrange the workshop, the samples and the people you need in one visit. If travelling is not practical, we can run the same tour as a video call.

Payment & shipping 4 questions

What are your payment terms?
40% deposit, 60% before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
What Incoterms do you work with?
FOB Guangzhou or EXW Guangzhou as standard, other terms on request. Tell us which one your forwarder prefers and we quote on that basis.
How do you ship?
Courier (DHL / FedEx) for samples and small orders, sea freight for bulk. We export to more than 20 countries and can work with your own forwarder.
Can you pack for Amazon or other marketplaces?
Yes. FNSKU labels, Amazon-ready packing, the barcode on the outer carton, and the documents your freight forwarder asks for.

Warranty & after-sales 2 questions

What warranty do you offer?
12 months on the movement and 12 months on manufacturing defects, counted from the shipment date.
What happens if a watch arrives faulty?
Send us photos or a short video of the issue with the model number and we come back within one working day with what we propose to do about it.
