In-house

The steps that decide quality are ours

A trading company can quote you a watch. It cannot stand behind the case finish. These five steps run inside our workshop, which is why the date we give you is one we can keep.

01

Case making

We make our own cases, so any style, any size and any material is possible — 20 mm to 60 mm, or built to your exact size; stainless steel, alloy or titanium; polished, brushed or two-tone.

02

Dial assembly

Applied indices, printing and dial fitting by hand.

03

Movement fitting

Movements are tested and re-regulated in our workshop before they go in.

04

Water-resistance test

Every unit is tested before it is packed.

05

Final QC

Look, timing, strap and packaging — checked one by one.

What we make, what we source

Two lists, no blurring: what leaves our workshop as our own work, and what we buy in to match your model.

Made in our workshop

  • CasesOur own tooling, so any style and any size: 20–60 mm or built to your exact size, in stainless steel, alloy or titanium, polished, brushed or two-tone.
  • Case finishingPolishing and brushing on site — this is the step buyers judge first.
  • AssemblyDial assembly, movement fitting, waterproof testing and final QC, line by line.

Bought in to match the model

  • MovementsJapanese (Miyota / Seiko), Swiss or Chinese — picked for your target price and market, then tested and re-regulated here.
  • StrapsLeather, steel, silicone or mesh, sourced to suit the case you choose.

Audits & certificates

Come and visit us

Buyers placing a first order usually want to see the workshop first — that is normal for us. Tell us your dates and what you want to check, and we build the visit around it.

Need a specific certificate for your market? Certificates can be arranged to your requirements — tell us what your market or your customer asks for, and we work with the relevant testing labs and agencies to have it issued.

Questions

Questions buyers ask about the factory

Can we visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Visits and buyer audits are welcome — tell us your dates and what you want to check, and we arrange the workshop, the samples and the people you need in one visit.
Which parts do you make yourselves?
The case is ours: our own tooling, so any style, any size (20–60 mm, or built to your exact size) and any material is possible. Movements and straps are bought in — we pick them to match the model, your target price and your market, then test and re-regulate the movement here.
Can you get the certificates our market requires?
Yes. Tell us which certificates your market or your customer asks for and we arrange testing and certification with the relevant labs and agencies — we do not claim certificates we do not hold.
How much can you produce, and how fast?
50,000 pcs per month across six assembly lines. A sample takes 15–20 days, production 30–45 days after you approve it — and we quote the date for your actual quantity, not a marketing average.
What is the minimum order?
300 pcs per model, or 100 pcs when only the dial logo changes on one of our existing references.
