OEM & ODM services
Four ways to build your own watch
Whether you have a finished design, a reference you like, or just one watch in your hand — we engineer it, sample it and produce it in our own workshop.
Services
Choose how we build it
Four routes, one workshop. Most new brands start with ODM and move to OEM once the first collection sells.
OEM — build to your drawing
- You send drawings, a 3D file or one physical sample.
- You get case, dial and strap engineered to your specification, tooled and produced to your tolerance.
- Best when you already have your own design, or a product to reproduce.
ODM — start from our references
- You send the model numbers you like, and how you want them changed.
- You get any of our 29 references with your dial, hands, strap and logo — the fastest route to a sellable collection.
- Best when you want to launch quickly without tooling investment.
Private label — full branding
- You send your logo, artwork and packaging requirements.
- You get watch, presentation box, warranty card, hang tag and barcode label — ready for your shelf or your marketplace listing.
- Best when you sell under your own brand and need retail-ready packing.
Custom from a sample
- You send one physical watch.
- You get the case, dial and strap reverse-engineered so it can be reproduced at production volume.
- Best when you have a sample to match but no drawings.
Customization
What you can change on a watch
Every visible part can carry your brand. These are the elements we handle in-house — one supplier, one schedule, one quality standard.
| Dial | Logo printing, applied indices, sunray, mother-of-pearl, stone or enamel finishing |
|---|---|
| Case | Stainless steel, alloy or titanium; polished, brushed or two-tone; 20–60 mm or built to your size |
| Case back | Engraving, laser marking, sapphire exhibition back, serial numbering |
| Strap | Steel bracelet, leather, silicone, mesh; folding clasp or pin buckle |
| Packaging | Presentation box, warranty card, hang tag, user manual, barcode label |
Movements: we fit Japanese (Miyota / Seiko), Swiss or Chinese movements depending on your target price and market. Each one is tested and re-regulated in our workshop before assembly.
